On the 2nd of October,Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India launched the Swachch Bharat Mission appealing to every citizen of the country to spare some time to take up cleaning their habitat. He also nominated nine people in India to take the idea forward, that includes actor Kamal Hassan, Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan.
To support his idea,in a recent press note,
he said "Passing on wealth to children is important. Making them live clean is even more important. For Healthy India, let's make a Clean India. Join and support Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi's Swachch Bharat Mission."
